What Happens Next? (The Interview Stage)
The selection process for UPSC EPFO involves two main stages: the Recruitment Test (RT) and the Interview.

Shortlisting: The current result list is provisional. Candidates included in this list are now eligible to appear for the Interview/Personality Test.

Weightage: The final merit list will be prepared based on a weightage ratio of 75:25 (75% for the Written Test and 25% for the Interview).
