The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2026 Notification on 04 February 2026. For IAS, IPS, IFS: Candidate must be a Citizen of India

For other services: Citizens of India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, or Persons of Indian Origin (as per notification) are eligible

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from:

An institution deemed to be a University under UGC Act, or

An equivalent qualification recognized by the Government
Final-year students awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to producing proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of the Interview/Personality Test.
