🎓 (Eligibility Criteria)

Following are the eligibility criteria for UP Anganwadi Recruitment:

• Educational Qualification:

  • Anganwadi Worker/Helper: Must have passed 12th class (Intermediate) from a recognized board.

• Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 35 years

  • Age Relaxation: Female candidates belonging to the reserved category will get relaxation as per rules.

• Residence: The candidate must be a resident of the same Gram Sabha/ward for which the application is being made.

• Others: Only female candidates will be eligible to apply. Preference will be given to widows, legally divorced/deserted women of families living below the poverty line.

💻 How to Apply Online

Applications will be accepted through online mode only. Offline applications will not be valid under any circumstances.

1. Visit the Official Website: First of all, visit the official website of ICDS, UP upanganwadibharti.in.

2. Registration: Click on the ‘Register’ or ‘Apply Online’ link given on the home page. Complete the registration by filling in all the required information (name, address, educational details, etc.) asked accurately.

3. Select District: After registration, select your district.

4. Fill the Form: Now log in and fill out the application form carefully. Upload all digitally signed documents such as educational certificates, caste certificate (if applicable) and residence certificate.

5. Submit: Submit the form in a final manner and take a printout for future reference.

📋 Selection Process

There will be no written exam in UP Anganwadi Recruitment. The selection will be done mainly by making a merit list on the following basis:

1. Merit List based on educational marks: The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks of 10th, 12th and higher education.

2. Document Verification: The documents of the selected candidates will be verified in the merit list.

3. Medical Examination: When necessary.
