About the Vacancy / Examination
The UGC-NET (University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test) is a national-level examination conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for ‘Assistant Professor’ as well as ‘Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor’ in Indian universities and colleges. The December 2025 session covered 85 subjects and was conducted nationwide in a Computer Based Test (CBT) format.

Challenge the Answer Key: If you find any discrepancies in the provisional answer key, you will be given an opportunity to submit representations (challenges) within a specific schedule that will be notified soon.

Expert Review: Every representation received during the challenge window will be carefully examined by subject experts.
