Eligibility Criteria (योग्यता मानदंड)

Educational Qualification

Candidate को निम्न में से कोई एक qualification पूरी करनी होगी:

  • Applicant के पास Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) होनी चाहिए (3 Year या 5 Year Integrated Course), जो Bar Council of India द्वारा recognized institution से प्राप्त हो।

  • Five-Year Integrated Law Course के 5th Year या Three-Year Law Course के 3rd Year में पढ़ रहे students भी apply कर सकते हैं, बशर्ते assignment शुरू होने से पहले law degree प्राप्त कर लें।

Skills Required

Candidate के पास:

  • Legal Research & Analytical Skills

  • Good Writing Ability

  • Computer Knowledge

  • Legal Databases जैसे SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, Westlaw, e-SCR आदि का working knowledge होना चाहिए।

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years

  • Law Clerk का assignment Full-Time होगा।

  • Assignment के दौरान candidate किसी भी court में Advocate के रूप में practice नहीं कर सकता।

  • कोई अन्य job या assignment स्वीकार करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

  • Engagement purely contractual है और regular appointment का कोई अधिकार नहीं देती।
