C. Educational Qualifications
Rural Home Guard: Minimum 7th Pass.
Urban Home Guard: Minimum Matric (10th) Pass.

The Selection Journey: Show Your Strength! 💪

Candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process:

1.Physical Efficiency Test (1-Mile Run, High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put)

The faster you run and the higher you jump, the more points you earn!

Top Performance (Men): 1-mile run in 5 minutes or less = 20 points.
Top Performance (Women): 1-mile run in 8 minutes or less = 20 points.

2.Hindi Writing Test

Successful candidates from the physical test will take a 100-mark Hindi writing exam.

Qualifying Marks: 30.

3.Technical Proficiency (Urban Technical Only)

If you are applying for a technical role (e.g., Driver, Nurse, Computer Operator), you will undergo a technical skill test.

4. Bonus Points for Merit

Sports: Winners at National/State levels can earn up to 6 extra points.
Education (For Govt Servants): Higher education (PG/Graduate/Inter) can grant 4 to 10 bonus points.
