The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has officially released the provisional answer key and OMR response sheets for the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE) 2025.

Candidates who appeared for the exams on December 13, 14, and 21, 2025, can now access the portal to calculate their scores and raise any necessary objections.

Vacancy Description

The EMRS Recruitment 2025 aims to fill 7,267 vacancies for various teaching and non-teaching positions in Eklavya Model Residential Schools across India. These roles are essential for providing quality residential education to ST category students. The recruitment includes:

• Teaching Posts: Principal (225), PGT (1,460), and TGT (3,962).

• Non-Teaching Posts: Hostel Warden (635), Female Staff Nurse (550), Accountant (61), Junior Secretariat Assistant (228), and Lab Attendant (146).

How to Download the Answer Key

1. Visit the official website: nests.tribal.gov.in.

2. Click on the “Recruitment” tab at the top of the homepage.

3. Look for the link titled “EMRS ESSE 2025 Answer Key / OMR Sheet”.

4. Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth to log in.

5. View and download your post-specific answer key and scanned OMR response sheet.

Key Details & Objection Window

• Marking Scheme: Candidates receive 1 mark for every correct answer, while 1/3 mark is deducted for every incorrect response.

• Objection Window: If you find any discrepancies, you can challenge the provisional key through the official portal.

• Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹1,000 per question is required for each objection submitted.

• Deadline: The objection window is typically open for a very short period (usually 2–3 days from the release date of Jan 5, 2026).
