2. How to check the result? (Step-by-Step Guide)
Candidates can check their results using their roll number by following the steps given below:

First of all go to the official website of BPSC bpsc.bihar.gov.in .

Click on the link “Results: Assistant Section Officer (ASO) Preliminary Competitive Examination” on the homepage.

On clicking, a PDF file will open in which the roll numbers of successful candidates will be given.

3. Official Cut-Off Marks 2025
The Commission has released the category-wise cut-off marks along with the results. Competition for this 150-mark exam is fierce.

4. Further Selection Process: Mains Exam
The 668 candidates who have passed the preliminary examination will now have to appear in the main examination .

Pattern of Main Examination: The examination will be written and will consist of General Hindi and General Studies papers.

Application Process: Successful candidates will have to fill a separate online application form for the Main Examination, information of which will be released by the Commission soon.

Final Selection: The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks in the Main Examination and subsequent Document Verification.
