The Bihar STET (Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test) is a mandatory state-level eligibility examination for candidates aspiring to become teachers in Government Schools of Bihar. It is divided into two papers: Paper I (for Secondary teachers, Classes 9-10) and Paper II (for Senior Secondary teachers, Classes 11-12). Qualifying this exam makes candidates eligible to apply for permanent teaching positions through BPSC Teacher Recruitment Exams (TRE).
