| Block Project Manager (BPM) | 73 | Graduate degree. Responsible for leading block teams, planning activities, and overseeing financial/administrative operations. |
| Livelihood Specialist | 235 | PG Degree/Diploma in Agri, Animal Husbandry, Rural Mgmt, or BBA. Focuses on implementing livelihood initiatives and training community cadres. |
| Area Coordinator | 374 | Graduate degree. Primary contact for field activities, micro-planning, and bank linkages across clusters. |
| Accountant | 167 | Graduate in Commerce. Responsible for maintaining financial records and managing official communications at DPCU/BPIU levels. |
| Office Assistant | 187 | Graduate degree + Proficiency in Hindi/English typing. Provides secretarial support and manages office documentation. |
| Community Coordinator | 1177 | Graduate (Male) / Intermediate (Female). Works at the village level to support SHGs and facilitate Community Investment Funds (CIF). |
