💰 Salary and Allowances
Candidates selected for the post of IB MTS will receive a salary at Level-1 ($18,000 to $56,900). Additionally, they will receive a Special Security Allowance (SSA) of 20% of the basic pay along with other Central Government allowances, making the Gross Salary approximately $29,000 per month.
📝 Selection Process
The selection process will primarily be based on two Tiers:

Tier-I (Written Examination – CBT): This will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) with 100 marks of questions related to General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical/Logical Ability, and English Language.

Tier-II (Descriptive Test/Qualifying Exam): This will be a descriptive or proficiency test (of a qualifying nature).

Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in Tier-II will undergo Document Verification.
The Final Merit List will be prepared based on the marks obtained in Tier-I.
