📰 JSSC: Jharkhand Primary School Trained Assistant Acharya Revised Additional Result 2023 Issued! (Notice No. 94)
The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has issued the Revised Additional Result for the Intermediate Trained Assistant Acharya (Classes 1 to 5) under the Jharkhand Primary School Trained Assistant Acharya Combined Competitive Examination-2023 (JPSTAACCE-2023). This is Notice No. 94 , released on 05.12.2025. This revised result has been issued in compliance with a significant order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
🏛️ Legal Basis: Hon’ble Supreme Court’s Judgment
As per the directives of the School Education and Literacy Department, Jharkhand, this revision has been done in compliance with the judgment passed by the Three-Judge Bench of the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 24.10.2019 in Civil Appeal No. 8259/2019 (Govt. of NCT Delhi and Other Vs. Pradeep Kumar and others).
🤔 Key Impact of the Judgment
The main point of the Court’s order relates to the migration of Reserved Category candidates to the Unreserved (UR) category, especially when candidates have availed of any concession or relaxation (such as age limit, experience, qualification, or additional chances in written examination, or relaxation in passing marks for eligibility like CTET/JTET) to obtain their eligibility.

Key Directive: If a relaxed standard is applied in selecting a reserved category candidate, they will be counted against reserved vacancies and shall not be adjusted against unreserved vacancies.

Impact on the Result: In compliance with this judgment, candidates who qualified based on reservation obtained in JTET and Para Teacher candidates who availed of relaxation and concession in the maximum age limit have been transferred/migrated back from the Unreserved (UR) category to their respective Reservation Category.
